Knowledge is power! Our prenatal breastfeeding session is to educate, guide and support you; giving you and your baby the best start possible. This session will be tailored specifically to your unique needs, so that you can apply what you’ve learned and move forward confidently. You are encouraged to bring a support person with you. Postpartum lactation care planning & support

This wholesome support visit is for after your little one has arrived. We will discuss your complete labour & medical health history and observe a breastfeeding session. We’ll address any current feeding challenges & goals and create a care plan together that you can thrive together with your little one.

Follow up

After lactation care, planning and support session, we’ll touch base. We'll assess how things are going, and ensure that both you and your baby’s needs are being met. Together, we’ll review the strategies we've implemented, and discuss other areas to explore/consider. Follow - up support is available in home, in clinic and by phone.

Travel fees apply for locations outside 30km radius from our office.

Some extended benefits plans will cover the cost (or a portion of the cost) of a lactation consultant.
