Au Lait Lactation & Birth Services

My goal is to provide you with the information and tools that you need to succeed in your own personal birth or breastfeeding journey.  Together, we talk about your goals (which are different for every woman!) and work on tools to implement to help you meet your goals with joy and love!

In addition to one-on-one breastfeeding counseling, I also provide breastfeeding education classes, childbirth classes, birth consultations, and birth doula services.  If you are having issues with breastfeeding, please contact help right away!  Breastfeeding SHOULD NOT be painful or uncomfortable!

I serve East Central Florida, including all of Volusia, Seminole, Flagler counties, and parts of St. John's, Lake, and Orange counties.
